How I actually took my business to the next level
🔥 I invested a lot of time and resources into working on my MINDSET. Without a strong CEO mindset, it doesn’t matter how much strategy you have in front of it, it won’t work and you likely won’t implement it either.
🔥 I stopped chasing the next shiny object and STUCK TO ONE STRATEGY. For so long in my business, I was trying to keep up and model what other people were doing, and it just left me feeling stuck, lost and like a failure of a coach. When I actually decided to GO ALL IN, on one strategy that felt ALIGNED with me, things really shifted.
🔥 I realised the hustle and grind was not a sustainable approach. I realised, it’s not what I’m doing that will create the results, but it is who I am being in the process. I started saying no, setting boundaries and looking after myself first, so I could best serve my clients. I decided to make decisions based on my higher self. How would a 6 figure coach invest in themselves? How would they make decisions? How would they show up for themselves? And then did that.
🔥 I finally got the picture that, if I want people to see the value in investing in me, a coach, then I had to see the value in me, to invest in a coach. I stopped investing my time in free stuff, and following 1000 different coaches you telling you a different approach, and instead, I chose to invest in 1 high-level coach that provided a program that actually lit my soul on fire, and then went all-in on that.
🔥 I stopped treating my business as a hobby. I stopped investing in all these qualifications to improve my skills and instead worked on growing my business. Here’s why. Certifications are great, but they don’t make you money. I decided to invest in growing my business so that I had the cash flow to give me more time and money, to then invest in improving my skills.
